NO DUCT TAPE ON THE CONVENTION CENTER FLOORING. ANYONE FOUND USING DUCT TAPE ON FLOORS WILL BE CHARGED A FINE OF $500

Move-In Hours:

Wednesday, October 23: 8 am - 10 am (anyone with a booth 400 sq feet or larger can move in)

Wednesday, October 23: 10 am - 7 pm (Booths not in the ballroom can drive in. Booths in the ballroom can hand carry or cart only)

Thursday, October 24: 8 am - 7 pm (Booths not in the ballroom can drive in until 2 pm. No vehicles allowed inside after 2 pm on Thursday due to carpet being placed in aisles. Hand-carry or cart only. Booths in the ballroom can hand carry or cart only. No vehicles allowed in the ballroom at all)

Friday, October 25: 8 am  - 9 am

Show Decorator - GEMS

Exhibitors are responsible for flooring (required for all booths). You may supply your own flooring, tables, and chairs or rent from the show decorator. An advanced purchase discount is offered and will ensure availability of all needed items. 

As an exhibitor, you will automatically receive an email introduction email from GEMS with a username and temporary password.

City of Tucson Business Licensing

Those who engage in business activities within the City of Tucson are required to have a City of Tucson business privilege license. For the purposes of the SAHBA Home Show, this would include anybody who sells products or services at the event. It would also include any transaction in which a person contracts or puts down a deposit for services or products to be delivered at a later date whether within or outside the city limits. If the entity merely promotes its product or services no license is required. If you plan on taking prospects’ names or making appointments, please contact us so that we can discuss with you how the Code handles such activity.
